STACK IT
Uni Central - amongst the largest retail spaces inside the Students' Union at the University of Sheffield had been serving an array of cuisines to students and staff since 2013, however, none of which to any major success.
Analytics identified burgers to be the greatest seller, with further research into food trends and consumer behaviour suggesting a strong opportunity for personalisation fronted by a strong brand identity.
The approved brand proposal was Stack It and it officially launched 19 September 2017.
